We will register only those artists who agree with our ethos.

 1. Our ethos governs how we operate the site.

 2. The site operates on the basis of mutual respect.

 3. There is no registration fee.

 4. Sale of your work or service incurs a percentage commission.

 5. All money is held by us in a separate account until any exchange is agreed.

 6. On agreement, all monies will be deposited in the respective accounts.

 7. Delivery expenses are additional to the agreed payment for work or services.

 8. Alert Art will attempt to mediate in disputes prior to agreements.

 9. Alert Art disassociates itself from post-agreement disputes.
